多邊貿易協定

多邊貿易協定為WTO所制定的一套國際貿易規範之一，多邊貿易協定具有強制性，對所有會員均有拘束力。如平衡稅、反傾銷稅、非關稅貿易障礙等的商品貿易協定（
agreements on trade in goods），服務業貿易總協定（General Agreement on Trade in
Services，簡稱GATS），與貿易有關之智慧財產權協定（Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of
Intellectual Property Rights, Including Trade in Counterfeit
Goods，簡稱TRIPS），爭端解決規則與程序處理諒解備忘錄 (Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing
the Settlement of Disputes)，以及規範貿易政策檢討機制（Trade Policy Review
Mechanism，簡稱為TPRM），都屬多邊貿易協定。
